Whether it’s managing food safety or keeping everything in order, you’ll ensure the crew’s on point and the vibe stays high while we pump out top-quality food, no matter what.• People Skills Like a Boss: You’ll be the leader of the pack- recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, leading from the front, and show them how it&#39;s done!• Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We’re not just serving burgers; we’re sending it to the world burger championships finals. Every burger needs to be perfect, if it’s not 10/10 then it’s not getting far!• Operational Wizardry: Can you fix it if it’s broken? Can you manage food wait times and keep customers smiling? If you’ve got the magic touch for finding solutions, we’re all in!• Stock and Supply Guru: You’re on top of every ingredient, every sauce, and every bun.
