· To be a people leader: Recruit, onboard, develop, inspire and show them how it’s done! Be part of the action, smash service at peak times and willing to roll up your sleeves and clean with the team!

· Food Excellence: Our burgers are smashed to order with no compromise!

· Operational management: If it’s broken can you find the solution? Managing food wait times and customer expectations.

· Inventory and supply chain management: Always on top of all stock, know what’s in the walk in! Know who to call if something hasn’t turned up!

· Performance monitoring and development: Able to have those tricky conversations, big people up, recognize the superstars and push them to their full potential.

· A cool head and hard work ethic: Able to handle 600+ covers a day making sure every patty is smashed to perfection.
