Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager position in a fun, fast paced and high-quality burger restaurant.

What you need:

· To be a people leader: Manage the team, assign FOH sections, roll out team briefs, play to peoples strengths, run breaks, keep up morale and play host on busy shifts!

· Customer service excellence: We treat every customer like they are mates who have come over for a BBQ. Drinks should always be full, food always the best, restaurant looking top notch, music on point and laughs always had!

· Performance monitoring and development: Able to have those tricky conversations, big people up, recognize the superstars and push them to their full potential.

· Get it done attitude: Service is fast and at times intense. If you are someone who thrives under pressure without losing your attention to detail and standards then we want you!!!!
